     Stainless steel cat sculptures are popular art pieces favored by designers in modern gardens, commercial real estate and cultural tourism projects.      This stainless steel cat sculpture is made of 304 stainless steel plate. It is acid and alkali resistant, anti-oxidation, and can stay outdoors for a long time. It withstands wind, sun and rain, hardly rusts or deforms, and enjoys a long service life. 

     A wide range of surface treatments are available. It can be mirror polished so that light and shadows keep changing with the surrounding environment. It can also be processed with brushed stainless steel, color spraying, antique bronze coloring and other techniques to match different design styles such as modern minimalist, light luxury and new Chinese style. Large landscape sizes are available for finished products. Common heights for single sculptures are 1.8m, 2.0m, 2.2m and 2.5m. The overall height of large group sculptures can exceed 3 meters. Sets of cats in various poses can be combined, with the total horizontal span of the group sculpture reaching 6m~10m. Custom oversized group sculptures are also available according to site requirements. The combination of dynamic and static cat sculptures delivers stronger layering and better photo-taking effects.

     Stainless steel cat sculptures are fabricated by forging technology. The whole production process is rigorous and sophisticated, completed with a full set of professional processing equipment. First of all, designers carry out 3D modeling on computers to accurately outline the body contours of cats, repeatedly adjust the shapes of bodies, limbs and tail radiances, to restore vivid postures of cats such as playing, sitting quietly, strolling and poking heads. Then laser cutting machines are used for precise blanking of stainless steel plates, and CNC bending machines bend and shape the plates to gradually form the smooth body curves, limbs and tail shapes of the cats.

     Craftsmen use argon arc welders to weld and splice the cut plates to form the complete shape of stainless steel cat sculptures. After welding, angle grinders and belt sanders are adopted to polish welding seams repeatedly to remove splicing traces. For mirror-finished versions, multiple polishing procedures including rough grinding, medium grinding, fine grinding and mirror superfinishing are performed to achieve a bright and transparent mirror texture. The mirror surface can reflect lawns, buildings and pedestrians, integrating the sculptures harmoniously with surroundings. Finally, surface protection treatment is conducted to eliminate surface impurities, followed by finished product inspection.

     The full set of production equipment includes 3D modeling computers, laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, argon arc welders, belt sanders, mirror polishing machines and so on. The whole processing is completed in-house without outsourcing procedures. Every detail is strictly controlled to guarantee the quality of finished sculptures.
